When User clicks on SSL VPN link in user portal, it is not responding.
This article is designed under assumption that, you have already configured SSL VPN but unable to download SSL VPN link from the user portal. In case if you need assistance in configuring SSL VPN, you can refer to this article:
Under configure section >> VPN >> show VPN settings.
You can identify which certificate is being applied to the SSL VPN .
Most of the times it will be appliance certificate and it will be signed by default certificate.
In case if you did not fill the default certificate under certificates>> certificate authorities, then user portal link becomes unresponsive
Make sure to fill this default certificate, then you will be able to download the SSL VPN from the user portal.
